Shipping & Delivery
Once we have processed your order we attempt to deliver all orders within the time frame specified. Delivery times are estimations given to us by manufacturers.
Delivery On Arrival
Upon arrival, you must check your furniture for any damage. If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods are damaged or incorrect please notify us within 24 hours of your delivery date. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is adequate access and space to receive the goods on delivery. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this.
Assembling your furniture
Many items require simple self assembly. Certain items such as wardrobes require full/more complicated. We can arrange for a professional company to come to your home and assemble all furniture for a small fee.
Returns & Replacements
What should you do In the case of faulty goods, damaged goods or goods that have been sent incorrectly?
Please keep any incorrect products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging.
Contact us immediately and inform us of the situation via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Home Style Furnishers will arrange for collection of the goods and at no cost to the consumer.
14 Day Cooling Off Period
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 working days without having to give us a reason. In the interests of hygiene and health and safety we cannot accept return of certain goods, for example a mattress which has been taken out of its sealed packaging, in which it was delivered, and special order or bespoke items ordered. The 14 working days period start from the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but not any delivery charges. Please note that you will have to pay the return delivery cost of the goods to us. All goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. The "cooling off" period clause is not for specially made items and is for orders placed via our website only.
We reserve the right not to accept any order placed through our website if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
We do not deliver to your area;
One or more of the goods ordered was incorrectly, described or priced on the website incorrectly;
The payment transaction is not authorized.
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the order as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
For your complete shopping security we take payment through Google Checkout and Paypal. Buying through these two accounts, allows you to easily add a product to basket and feel confident that your money is safe when completing your transaction.

Information you provide to us remains confidential. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and, secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. You specifically authorise us to transmit information to or to obtain information about you from third parties (including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number), to authenticate your identity, to validate your debit or credit card and to authorise the transaction. You acknowledge that you consent to the processing of such information.
